Don't be fooled. The hip doesn't stick out as far as that point. That is merely the other pocket. Because I decided to do those cool pocket flaps on only one side of the dress. The other side still has a pocket, but it doesn't have a flap, it's bare. :) There is a seam in the dress on both sides going up to the top from the slits in the bottom. That's also where you'll find her hip line, if the pocket through you off.
