Chelsea dress design for Shabby Apple Dresses
This cowl-neck is fastened only on one side, so that it can hang in that beautiful place between too high and too low. Of course there must be pockets, :) and the pocket line becomes a slit, to give extra mobility, interest and dimension. It is on the side so that it disappears, and from the front the focus is all on the figure and not on extra colors/textures. I was inspired by the below image; just decided to class it up, get rid of the unsophisticated belt, and make it more modest.
